Meditations

I look forward to you joining me for these meditations. Remember to make sure you are not disturbed at the time of meditation. Find a quiet, comfortable room, you can light a candle and do what you feel is right to make a sacred space for yourself. It is often best to listen using headphones. The meditations last approximately 40 mins each and the different concepts will help you with your spiritual, emotional and physical well being.
