Dear Vernon, i have attended 3 of your meditations this week. And today i feel renewed, I see and feel the impact. As I forgive my childhood it made a shift to my present. And i can not explain my feelings with words right not, but please receive my gratitude for your presence and your help for opening my heart more.

What a gift Vernon is bringing to the world with his online courses. Last nights free meditation was such a beautiful introduction for those that haven’t been there before and so uplifting for those of us who are lucky enough to have discovered Vernon’s meditations earlier.

Thank you so much for all these online courses and meditations that begun during this big change on the planet, they have been a major help for me through big changes in my life all happening at once and I have managed to stay pretty calm and content during them.I have been so present like I have never been before, without trying, my body has felt so calm and I have felt so much of my own power that I am not swayed by others energies and can interact so much easier without feeling things are so personal. Last year I was lucky enough to go on a workshop run by a man called Vernon Frost if you have never heard of him he’s a Transformational Catalyst from South Africa. I’ve just found out he’s back in the UK in April. I can only tell you about my own experience of what happened but I’ve heard many people say he’s amazing.

I have never felt such peace and calm in my entire life than I had over the two days spent in Vernon’s company. Before the workshop I was feeling slightly stagnant spiritually and now I feel as though something more has opened up within – it is such an amazing feeling. I feel much more confident, strong and free–I am able to stand much more firmly in my truth.

Just wanted to thank you all for an amazing workshop. I really enjoyed the whole experience and had wonderful shifts. This was also amplified with having a one on one session. First time in years that I have had a sense of peace rising from within me.

Last October I attended Vernon’s energy training workshop at Tofte which was open to anyone but especially healers. I never considered myself a healer and was not even sure why I was attending except that I wanted to. By the end of the week my life had changed forever, I realized that I could help others and decided then that my life path was going to change. So one year later I have started a new business life path where I will assist with spiritual and physical well-being for animals and humans. I would recommend this workshop to anyone who wants to change their lives but you need to be brave.
