Meditation is one of the most simple and profound ways to change your life.
So many people have been requesting an online version of the in-person Self-Mastery and Psychic Development course that Vernon is running at present in Cape Town. Vernon is now offering weekly meditations online via Zoom every Thursday between 14 September – 9 November.
Self-Mastery is not about control or willpower or force. It is totally about knowing and understanding yourself!
Only by knowing your strengths and limitations, your quirks and triggers, your dreams and those dark beliefs you keep hidden in your secret heart, can you really come to that place of internal balance, wellbeing and the strength that is self-mastery. This series of meditations is focused on developing both your spiritual side and your psychic side, along side in depth knowledge of your internal landscape.
Over 9 consecutive weeks Vernon will explore all these areas and through this dedicated meditation and psychic development journey of practice and inner exploration he will get you to the place you are seeking.
SELF-MASTERY THROUGH MEDITATION
Weekly 1hr sessions, online every Thursday

All 1 hour sessions are recorded and offer optional Turkish translation
During these weekly 1hr sessions, you will learn to fully relax and tune into your body. You will access your subconscious mind and receive teachings from your higher consciousness. You will learn energy healing techniques and transform negative beliefs and behaviour patterns that no longer serve you. As your meditation practice deepens you will gain more mental clarity, increase focus and concentration, and above all, feel the incredible benefits of regular energy and development work.
