The pillars of belief concerning sexuality and intimacy vary greatly across cultures and individuals. One common belief that has been prevalent in certain societies is the notion that nudity is inherently shameful. This perspective often stems from religious or cultural teachings that associate the human body with sin or impurity. However, it is important to recognise that attitudes towards nudity and sexual expression are diverse and evolving and it is important to discover what your hidden beliefs are in this regard.
With each passing moment, you have the power to mould your beliefs, to refine them and transcend limitations that no longer serve you. It is in this sacred space that you uncover the extraordinary potential residing within, as you begin to unravel the layers of conditioning and embrace the boundless possibilities that await. As you explore your pillars of belief, you become the architects of your own destiny, embracing transformation as an eternal dance of liberation and self-realisation.
From beginners to advanced, everyone is most welcome.
